TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION

By using services provided by Mi Care you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions).

COVERAGE LIMITATION:
Please note that the collection and the delivery services are currently limited to Muscat City and Salalah only. Hence, the requests made from outside this cannot be served.

REPAIR SERVICE
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for ensuring that you have backed up all the data on your device to your computer/Cloud before we collect the device from you. Mi Care is not responsible for the loss of customers’ personal data such as pictures, information, Programs or any other data on your device.

  • 1) The physical condition recorded by the courier is for internal reference and it will not be considered as the final delivered condition of the device, until it’s been technically assessed by a trained professional.
  • 2) The final warranty of the product will be confirmed after the technical assessment of the device. If the product has been identified as non-warranty during the technical assessment, OMR 6/- handling charges will be applied when returned un-repaired.
  • 3) Mi Care does not guarantee to return the non-warranty devices in the same condition they were received.

REPAIR & DIAGNOSTICS TIMES
  • 1) The repair turnaround time may take up to 14 working days. However, the service can take longer than anticipated due to the unavailability of parts /solutions /approvals.
  • 2) Defective devices submitted for repairs may not be possible to return after the process is initiated, since defective items are shipped to manufacturers.
  • 3) Software is conveniently available free for users to update within the device, although OMR 6/- handling charges may be applicable for all software/application-related services for selected products.
  • 4) For Software defects, warranty validation is done based on external inspection without disassembling the unit.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Products which are qualified for manufacturer warranty repairs will be repaired and shipped to you without charges.
